Business

Whether it’s price setting, taking care of customers, negotiating with suppliers, composing or managing your team: be ready to run into yourself, your triggers and your restrictive thoughts.

Being self-employed means that you’re the captain of a ship. If you lose sight of things, your journey will end up tumultuous. The same way kids can serve as a mirror and trigger you in various ways, you’ll encounter similar situations while starting or developing a business.

That’s why it’s important to know and acknowledge your strengths and pitfalls in order for your business to take off a blooming start and grow well-founded.

RELIEVE FROM LOAD

I like to combine the ins and outs of business with the polyvagal theory. This theory surveys how you developed a survival mode as a child and how it impacts your life and consequently your business too.

Sounding board

I’ll guide you with my experience-based knowledge: from starting to outsource work to recruiting team members - whether that's on a freelance basis or through paid employment. Despite being a recovering people pleaser, I succeeded in working with a team of five whereby I take my own needs, the needs of my employees and the needs of my business into account. I try to protect and take care of the balance between my private and professional life by trial and error.

Authentic leadership captivates me. It starts by knowing yourself, your norms & values and having a vision about what you, your inner circle, your employees and society need.

1 on 1

Are you interested in an individual journey? I’ll accompany you as sounding board, guide and spotlight.

Currently I’m giving advice to:

  • A single mom who’s working out her dream job through a springboard process.
  • Someone who I have been following up since her first steps in self-deployment. Nowadays, her business is a big hit.
  • A woman with a blooming business who contacted me because she noticed reaching her limit. I’m helping her building a team so she will have more time and headspace for the things that give her joy.
  • A woman who’s hatching a plan, but not knowing yet if it’s within reach.
